Purpose & Scope
This Acceptable Use and Prohibited Uses Policy (“Policy”) governs all use of Affirmaitive’s Platform and Services (including all web interfaces, applications, APIs, and features). It applies to any user of the Platform (“you”), including your agents and end users.
By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to comply with this Policy. Violations may result in immediate suspension or termination of access, without notice. Terms not defined here (Platform, Services, User Content, Outputs, AI Models) have the meanings given in the Master Service Agreement.

Definitions
We collect only the information necessary to deliver and improve our services. This includes:
Platform
Affirmaitive’s website, applications, and associated tools.
Services
All offerings provided via the Platform.
User Content
Data, text, and information you submit to the Platform.
Outputs
Results, data, or content generated by the Platform (including AI-generated summaries, forecasts, or visuals).
AI Models
The underlying machine-learning or AI systems powering the Platform’s outputs.

General Requirements
You must use the Platform only in accordance with applicable laws and this Policy. You agree to ensure that:

Acceptable Use
You may use the Platform to develop business strategies, plans, and analyses based on lawful, accurate data. Users should independently verify any financial, legal, or strategic advice produced by the Platform.
SECTION 05
Prohibited Uses
Illegal or Fraudulent Activity
Content that violates the law or promotes wrongdoing, including terrorist acts, human trafficking, prostitution, drug trafficking, money laundering, bribery, or other crimes. For example, you may not generate fraudulent financial statements, misleading pitch decks, phony business metrics, or lottery schemes.

The following activities are prohibited to protect Affirmaitive’s AI systems:

Enforcement
Affirmaitive reserves the right to investigate any suspected violations. We may suspend or terminate access, delete offending User Content/Outputs, or take other action as necessary. Severe violations may be reported to law enforcement or regulatory authorities.
SECTION 08
DMCA and Reporting
If you believe your copyrighted work has been used in violation of law, please send notice to Affirmaitive’s designated agent (see [Affirmaitive Terms Appendix]). Provide sufficient detail (IDs, location, statement of good faith, etc.) as required by the Digital Millennium Copyright Act.
Affirmaitive will respond by removing or disabling access to infringing material.

Sanctions, Export & AML Compliance
You must not use the Platform in any manner that violates U.S. export controls or economic sanctions (e.g. for development or production of cryptography, weapons, or unlicensed medical equipment). You may not involve sanctioned countries or persons in transactions or capital raising.
Anti-Money Laundering: Affirmaitive prohibits money laundering and will cooperate with AML regulations; suspicious use will be reported to authorities.

High-Risk Use Case Requirements
When Outputs are used in high-risk or regulated domains, you must ensure meaningful human-in-the-loop review by a qualified professional.
Disclose to any recipient that such Outputs were generated using artificial intelligence in accordance with the Terms and Conditions.
Failure to follow these guidelines may result in immediate suspension.

Changes to Policy
This Policy may be updated periodically. Affirmaitive will notify users of material changes via the Platform or email. Continued use of the Services after notice constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy.

✗ Scraping output database for commercial training
✗ Planning an illegal scheme or activity

User Notice (Summary)
Important Summary
We want you to use Affirmaitive responsibly. You must comply with the law and only create truthful content.
Do not use Affirmaitive to generate illegal or harmful materials (e.g. terrorism, violence, fraud, hate speech, sexual content involving minors, weapons instructions, or illicit financial schemes).
Affirmaitive outputs are not guaranteed to be correct ; you must verify them independently and not treat them as professional advice.
Always respect others’privacy and intellectual property . Misuse will lead to loss of access or legal action.
Affirmaitive helps you structure, validate, and prototype ventures. It does not replace lawyers, accountants, investment professionals, or other licensed advisers ; materials generated using the Platform should be reviewed by qualified experts before use with regulators, investors, or customers.
